Resort Manager
Location: Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia
Nationality Preference: Indian

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our luxurious resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the resort, from guest services to staff management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests
• Oversee all departments within the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
• Manage all reservations and room assignments
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of performance
• Monitor budgets and financials to ensure profitability
• Develop promotional activities to increase revenue and occupancy rates
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local authorities

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Resort Manager or similar role in a luxury hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
• Knowledge of hotel management software systems (e.g. Opera)
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
