Job description

Regional Sales Managers are responsible for managing the sales team and processes for all direct accounts in the allocated territory. The role involves leading regional strategies to achieve sales goals and budgets. The manager will oversee the sales, marketing, and growth of JM’s FCC additives business.

Your responsibilities :

  1. Deliver sales, gross margin, and customer contribution for the sales territory.
  2. Develop strategies to maximize value for JM.
  3. Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders to create value and foster long-term partnerships.
  4. Provide technical and product advice to customers regarding FCC technology and additives to support their projects, improve efficiency, and enhance performance of their assets and processes, thereby adding value for both JM and customers.
  5. Identify and develop opportunities for introducing new products and services to refineries’ operation and process teams.
  6. Coordinate with Additives Technical Service to ensure superior product performance.
  7. Share customer and market insights with Catalyst Technologies teams to better understand market needs and improve JM offerings.

Requirements for the role :

  • Degree in a scientific, technical, or business field or significant relevant experience.
  • Background in Petrochemicals and FCC operations with knowledge of refinery processes.
  • Proven sales and technical sales experience, including complex negotiations.
  • Detailed understanding of the technical features of the Additives portfolio.
