⭐Key Requirements For Success
  • Multi‑Site Experience: Proven track record managing multi‑site operations (minimum 2–3 locations).
  • Leadership & Development: Strong leadership and team development skills, with a focus on coaching and mentorship.
  • Operational Mastery: Solid understanding of customer experience, service quality, and operational standards.
  • Accountability Driven: Ability to work with KPIs, scorecards, and EOS‑based (or similar) accountability frameworks.
  • Talent Management: Experience in training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Industry Preference: Preferably experience in hospitality, fitness, education, or service‑based operations.
🎯 Main Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the day‑to‑day performance of the Manar and Qurtubah branches.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support General Managers and branch teams to maximize potential.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent customer experience aligned with Aqua‑Tots global standards.
  • Performance Review: Lead weekly scorecard reviews and support branches in solving operational issues.
  • HR Support: Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling in collaboration with HR.
  • Growth Strategy: Drive enrollment growth and customer retention strategies.
