Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans based on organizational workforce needs
  • Supervise and guide the recruitment team, assign tasks, and monitor performance
  • Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with department heads
  • Post job vacancies on suitable platforms (job boards, social media, etc.)
  • Manage the candidate screening process, conduct interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person), and evaluate applicants
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient hiring decisions
  • Maintain and update a strong talent pool database for future hiring needs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and diversity & inclusion standards
  • Prepare periodic recruitment reports and provide insights to HR management
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
