A group of high-end restaurant outlets in Riyadh is seeking RECEPTION SUPERVISORS with exceptional personality, proven experience, and excellent communication skills to lead front-of-house teams and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise reception and host teams across busy restaurant operations.
• Ensure professional, welcoming, and efficient guest service at all times.
• Coordinate reservations, seating plans, and guest flow.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably in upscale dining.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage.
• Confident, professional, and guest-focused personality.
