Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Radiologist to join our medical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries using advanced medical imaging techniques, while collaborating closely with physicians and patients to ensure accurate and compassionate care.

Skills & Abilities
Essential
  • Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries using imaging techniques such as X-rays, MRI, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound.
  • Perform minimally invasive medical procedures and diagnostic tests when required.
  • Recommend alternative imaging techniques when appropriate.
  • Determine the exact imaging studies required for diagnosis and provide clear instructions to radiological technicians.
  • Apply advanced analytical skills and attention to detail in interpreting imaging results.
  • Communicate findings effectively with ordering physicians to determine patient needs.
  • Evaluate patients medical histories to support diagnostic accuracy.
Desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to inform and guide patients through the medical imaging process with clarity and empathy.
Qualification & Experience
  • Graduate of an approved medical school with residency training and board certification.
  • Residency training and board certification from North America, UK, Western Europe, or Australia.
  • Minimum of 4 years post-specialty training.
  • Valid and up-to-date SCFHS Consultant license, Ministry of Health (MoH) license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
