Job description

We are looking for an experienced Signage Production Supervisor cum site in charge to oversee our production operations. Youll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by organizing workflows and supporting employees.

In a fast-paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing costs.

The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.

Responsibilities

• Set daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Oversee and coach employees; check production output according to specifications.
• Analyze production trends and conduct cost-benefit analyses of product enhancements.
• Work closely with the production team to enforce and maintain quality standards.
• Calculate the complete cost and estimate of a job; handle all indoor & outdoor jobs.
• Attend client meetings regarding all the jobs.
• Perform installation site visits and take final measurements for new signage.
• Take responsibility from signage production through site installation.
• Supervise on-site installations including cladding, 3D signage, acrylic cut, letters, digital printed graphics, one-way vision stickers, cut vinyl, and flex signage.
