A prestigious hospital in Taif, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Assistant Consultant of Pediatric Surgery to provide high-quality surgical care to children. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose, treat, and manage surgical conditions. Responsibilities include supervising medical staff, participating in training, and engaging in research activities. The ideal candidate will have completed pediatric surgery training and possess necessary certifications. Strong proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
  • Completion of required period of training in Pediatric Surgery.
  • Saudi Arabia or American/European Board Certification or equivalent required.
  • Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent required.
  • A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is mandatory.
  • Dataflow is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality Pediatric Surgery care.
  • Provide consultative services as requested.
  • Supervise fellows, staff, and residents.
  • Teach and train residents and fellows.
  • Participate in research activities.
  • Follow all hospital-related policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
