Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spare Parts Branch Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealership operations, with a focus on spare parts sales. They should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a dealership setting and at least 3 years of experience in spare parts sales.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase spare parts sales and profitability
  • Supervisor the day-to-day operations of the spare parts branch, including inventory management, sales, and customer service
  • Ensure that the branch meets or exceeds sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Train and develop a team of spare parts sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with the service department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of spare parts to customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
  • Prepare and present reports on branch performance to upper management
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dealership setting, preferably in a spare parts role
  • Strong sales and customer service skills

  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software
