Qualifications

• Experience in customer facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• 1-3 years of experience in managing a process and people as a lead.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UTR operations for large or multiple small sites.
• Drive performance management and prepare training plans.
• Conduct daily audits for safety and performance.
• Stand in for Area Manager when necessary.
