We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Officer - Recruitment to lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local labor market, Saudi labor laws, and cultural nuances, along with proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the recruitment strategy aligned with the organizations goals and Saudi market dynamics.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with department heads and senior management to understand staffing needs and role specifications.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, job fairs, social media, and partnerships with universities and recruitment agencies.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, Saudization requirements, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring status, market trends, and recruitment performance.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to the Saudi job market.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
- Deep knowledge of Saudi labor laws and Saudization policies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
