As the Multi-craft Technician, you will be responsible for general maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations while adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for electrical, mechanical & servicing of building facilities;
• Responsible for efficient maintenance of machinery and equipment;
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
• Perform general maintenance, such as furniture repair, plumbing, painting, etc.;
• Perform preventative maintenance based on an established schedule;
• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment;
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
