The role involves performing maintenance on Diesel Engines and associated equipment, ensuring safety standards, and troubleshooting operational issues. Qualifications

• Experience in the overhauling of 4 Stroke, Medium Speed, Diesel Engine.
• Experience in the overhauling of turbochargers, lube oil & HFO separator.
• Disciplined & punctual in working hours.
• Hard working & willing to work in adverse work conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities as per the OEM manuals for the Diesel Engines & associated aux. equipment.
• Inspect work sites to ensure safety standards are met.
• Troubleshoot Engines / Aux Equipment / Desalination equipment for abnormalities.
• Ensure work place is cleaned after maintenance.

Overview

Job Summary: Perform maintenance activities in Power Plant as per instruction of Mechanical Foreman.

Responsibilities

1. Perform maintenance activities as per the OEM manuals for the Diesel Engines & associated aux. equipment.
2. To Ensure that proper tools are used during the maintenance & tools are returned back to proper place after maintenance completion.
3. Inspecting the work sites to ensure safety standards are being met.
4. Troubleshooting Engines / Aux Equipment / Desalination equipment whenever any abnormal operating parameters are reported.
5. Report to Foreman- incase stuck up in any of maintenance activities.
6. To ensure that work place is cleaned after the completion of maintenance

Skills

1. Experience in the overhauling of 4 Stroke, Medium Speed, Diesel Engine.
2. Experience in the overhauling of turbochargers, lube oil & HFO separator.
3. Should have good imitativeness attitude.
4. Disciplined & punctual in working hours.
5. Hard working & willing to work in adverse work condition.
