Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A Marketing Director will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution, focusing on enhancing brand awareness, supporting sales growth, and positioning the company as a market leader in the building materials sector. This role oversees both traditional and digital marketing initiatives, branding, product marketing, market research, and public relations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive brand positioning and awareness across multiple channels – traditional, digital, and on-ground.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, trade shows, product launches, and industry events.
  • Manage product marketing, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Supervise internal marketing teams and manage relationships with advertising, media, and PR agencies.
  • Work closely with sales, business development, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts support revenue goals.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, ROI, and KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing within the industrial, chemical, or building materials sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and construction industry.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional marketing teams and managing integrated campaigns.
  • Familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
