As we expand our presence in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across IT services and ERP solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, present company offerings, and deliver effective ERP product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and conduct negotiations leading to successful closures.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Participate in industry events, networking activities, and exhibitions to promote the company’s services.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Key Requirements:
- 2 years of proven experience in IT Sales, ERP Sales, or related fields.
- Experience delivering ERP product demos and client presentations.
- Strong understanding of the IT services landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Arabic speaking is a plus; English proficiency is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Saudi driving license is a plus.
