As we expand our presence in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across IT services and ERP solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, present company offerings, and deliver effective ERP product demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and conduct negotiations leading to successful closures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Participate in industry events, networking activities, and exhibitions to promote the company’s services.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Key Requirements:

  • 2 years of proven experience in IT Sales, ERP Sales, or related fields.
  • Experience delivering ERP product demos and client presentations.
  • Strong understanding of the IT services landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Arabic speaking is a plus; English proficiency is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Saudi driving license is a plus.
