Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Duties and expectations
The marketing communications manager is typically responsible for:
  • Creating and implementing plans to increase market share
  • Commissioning or conducting market research
  • Overseeing market data analysis and evaluation
  • Developing pricing and budgeting strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from creative, IT and production to product marketing and legal – to produce effective promotional materials
  • Coordinating with and managing agency partners
  • Creating marketing presentations for stakeholders
  • Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions
  • Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines
The marketing communications specialist will be be heavily involved with projects relating to search engine optimization, website updates, social media and email automation.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
  • 1-3 years' of marketing experience
  • BS/BA in Marketing or a related field study
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • You have prior experience in a similar role (wholesales , b2b)
  • You are proficient in developing, executing and measuring demand generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel.
  • Strong knowledge of content development and SEM.
  • You have exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
  • You have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
