The Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Manager of Program and Planning - Rail to lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of the rail infrastructure development within the Qiddiya project. This role is pivotal for integrating rail systems that support transportation and connectivity across the entertainment and cultural destination. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of urban rail systems and a proven track record in program management, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Lead the development of the rail program strategy, encompassing feasibility studies, budget planning, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure successful delivery
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including governmental organizations, contractors, and consultants, to facilitate clear communication and alignment of objectives
  • Project Monitoring: Establish and maintain effective monitoring systems to track project milestones, deliverables, and performance against the established benchmarks
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the rail program and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and stakeholders on program progress, challenges, and achievements
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements related to rail infrastructure development

Qualifications
