The Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Manager of Program and Planning - Rail to lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of the rail infrastructure development within the Qiddiya project. This role is pivotal for integrating rail systems that support transportation and connectivity across the entertainment and cultural destination. Key Responsibilities

• Program Development: Lead the development of the rail program strategy, encompassing feasibility studies, budget planning, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure successful delivery
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including governmental organizations, contractors, and consultants, to facilitate clear communication and alignment of objectives
• Project Monitoring: Establish and maintain effective monitoring systems to track project milestones, deliverables, and performance against the established benchmarks
