Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance planning or scheduling.
• Ability to prepare schedule progress and KPI reports.
• Review work forecasts regularly and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for mechanical and electrical activities.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
• Monitor schedule compliance and update plans based on operational changes.
• Support weekly and daily planning meetings with updated schedules.
• Track backlog, work progress, and report scheduling performance indicators.
• Maintain scheduling data accuracy in the planning system.

Skills

Fluency in English language with excellent communication skills

Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance activities

Knowledge of MS Office applications
