Job summary

A leading beverage company in Jeddah is looking for a machine operator to maintain production quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include operating machinery, reporting data, and performing basic maintenance. Candidates should have a Technical Diploma and experience in the FMCG industry. Knowledge of health, safety, and basic English is required.

Qualifications

Job description

Role Purpose

Operate and maintain the machine to produce high quality products

Accountabilities

• Operate and maintain the machine to ensure delivering the production plan
• Accurate reporting of data (quantity – downtime reason - raw material) via MES
• Follow, adhere and update the manufacturing checklists and logs
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (Safety, Basic maintenance, Operation including quality tests, change-over, troubleshooting, adjustments/fine tuning)
• Minimize waste through following the Manufacturing SOPs
• Adhere to World Class Manufacturing practices & TPM and comply with Menabev Best Practices
• Assist mechanical / electrical technician during problem solving and preventive maintenance
• Perform line start-up, hand-over and shutdown as per SOPs
• Preformed the cleaning activities of assigned machine and area as per manufacturing SOPs’
• Carry out all task as per standard operating procedures and adherence to company policy, HSE/ FS/GMP standards
• Conduct basic maintenance of the assigned equipment(s) including continuous monitoring of machine condition, perform minor repairs, and lubricate equipment(s)
• Conduct on job training to colleagues as assigned
