Responsibilities include supporting the Head Pastry Chef, supervising junior staff, and maintaining hygiene standards. Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years’ professional pastry experience in premium or fine-dining environments.
• Strong understanding of kitchen compliance standards including food safety and hygiene.
• Experience supervising and training junior pastry staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Pastry Chef in daily operations and service execution.
• Prepare and execute a range of Italian pastries and desserts.
• Ensure consistent mise en place, production planning, and stock control.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance.
