Job Title: Logistics Clerk

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in oil and gas refining/petrochemical industries.
  • Experience with Saudi Aramco and GCC countries is preferred. Overseas experience in GCC countries is required.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills. Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant logistics or travel management software.
  • Valid light vehicle driving license.
Years of Expertise:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in oil and gas refining/petrochemical industries.

Job Description:
  • Coordinate and manage all permits required for travel, transportation, and site access, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Prepare and follow up on applications for permits (transport, worksite, environmental).
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to arrange logistics services.
  • Ensure transportation arrangements meet safety standards and company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for logistics activities, liaising with internal teams, contractors, and third-party providers.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics department, including reports, files, and documentation.
  • Ensure logistics activities comply with legal, safety, and company policies.
