About the Role

Surbana Jurong is supporting a client on large-scale residential and mixed-use developments in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to be based in the client's office in Riyadh, supporting landscape design review, project coordination, and site supervision activities.

The role requires strong technical capability, effective stakeholder coordination, and confident communication in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review landscape design across concept, detailed design, and construction stages
• Review consultants’ submissions to ensure compliance with the client's standards and project requirements
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, urban designers, and other disciplines
• Support project management and design coordination activities
• Provide technical support during site supervision, including shop drawings, materials, and site queries
• Participate in client meetings and technical workshops
• Support commercial and scope-related reviews linked to landscape design
• Contribute to a collaborative and professional team environment

Experience and Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline
• 8-10 years of professional experience
• Strong experience in landscape design and technical review
• Experience across residential communities, villas, apartments, commercial developments, retail, schools, parks, and public realm
• Experience working on large-scale or master planned developments
• Middle East experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia, is an advantage
