A logistics technology company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage relationships with important enterprise customers. In this role, you will be responsible for growth and retention through service excellence, problem-solving, and client communication. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience, fluent Arabic, and a solid understanding of the KSA market.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to own relationships with our most important enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia. You’ll be the single point of contact responsible for growth, retention, and day-to-day service excellence—partnering closely with Operations, Pricing, Product, and Finance to deliver results.
