- Create objectives for team members that are aligned with the department’s objectives and Damad’s strategic goals.
- Conduct department meetings with direct reports, evaluate work progress and provide guidance / coaching wherever required.
- Evaluate direct reports’ performance regularly and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure that training and career development programs are implemented as per the predetermined training needs, evaluate the effectiveness, and monitor the results.
- Oversee subordinates’ administrative affairs, such as onboarding and leave approvals, reimbursement, and other requests in a timely manner.
Skills
- Align IT infrastructure and systems with the organization’s goals to support business growth and efficiency.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and security of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
- Manage cloud computing services, data centres, and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and maintain IT disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of cyberattacks, system failures, or natural disasters.
- Ensure IT assets (computers, software, network devices) are properly maintained and updated.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA) and implement best practices for data privacy and security.
- Manage user authentication, role-based access, and IT privileges to protect sensitive data.
- Oversee IT support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues for employees and customers.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other business software solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between different IT systems and platforms.
