The IT Manager will oversee technology infrastructure/operations and software development teams. This role requires a proactive approach to managing IT infrastructure, ensuring security, and strong knowledge of IT within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Managing the organisation's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Developing and implementing IT strategies to support business objectives.
• Ensuring the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.
• Overseeing the installation and maintenance of technology systems and tools.
• Collaborating with other departments to identify and address technology needs.
• Monitoring IT system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• Leading initiatives to automate business processes.
