We are seeking a visionary and innovative IT Manager to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As the IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organization's technology infrastructure, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and leading a team of IT professionals to drive our digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based systems
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's digital assets and sensitive information
  • Oversee IT project management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and provide efficient solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the IT domain
  • Prepare and manage the IT department budget

Qualifications
