Job Description


The Inspector – Architect role demands a high level of expertise and commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in architectural projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for :



  • Conducting rigorous field inspections to ensure strict adherence to quality standards, performance metrics, specifications, and code requirements.

  • Meticulously maintaining comprehensive inspection records and diligently tracking quality assurance progress.

  • Actively engaging in critical processes including punch lists, testing procedures, and commissioning activities.

  • Providing essential input for the development of area and equipment turnover documentation.

  • Mentoring and guiding entry-level employees to uphold the highest professional standards in architectural inspection practices.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is required.

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and inspection.

  • Thorough knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.

  • Proficiency in architectural software and CAD programs.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Valid architectural license or certification may be required.

  • Experience with construction site inspections and quality assurance processes is highly desirable.

  • Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications.
