Overview

The Infrastructure Access Delivery Sr. Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and integration of the network infrastructure for their designated region. This role ensures that deployments are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical and regulatory standards to support ADC’s telecom network operations.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning, deployment, and integration of network infrastructure in the assigned region.
2. Manage teams of engineers and specialists to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely project completion.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, including core and transport teams, to ensure seamless integration of various network systems.
4. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure deployment activities align with technical specifications and contractual obligations.
5. Monitor and address technical and operational challenges during deployment, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and organizational policies throughout the deployment process.
7. Prepare and present regular reports on network deployment progress, risks, and resolutions to senior management.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with organizational goals.
