The successful candidate will ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards while fostering a strong safety culture. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HSE Lead to oversee and manage all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities across our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with local regulations and international standards, driving a strong safety culture, and leading HSE implementation at both site and organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project-specific HSE strategies, plans, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local HSE legislation and international standards
  • Conduct risk assessments and environmental impact evaluations
  • Perform regular site inspections, audits, and HSE performance reviews
  • Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and reporting
  • Monitor and evaluate HSE performance of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Plan and deliver HSE training programs and toolbox talks for site personnel
  • Coordinate closely with project management and corporate HSE teams
  • Prepare and submit regular HSE reports to senior management

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic site environment and travel as required
