HR Manager (Saudi National Only)

Our client currently has 70 staff in KSA and aims to increase the team, mostly with expats. They have targets to Saudize the workforce to 55%.

The role involves recruitment, providing general HR advice, managing employment contracts, and reporting to the head office. It is ideal for a candidate who is enthusiastic, open to training, and developing leadership skills. There will be one direct report, and you will be responsible for managing HR operations in KSA. Therefore, you need tenacity, strength of character, and the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will have prior PRO/GRO experience, a good understanding of local labor legislation, employment contracts, and IQAMA processes and procedures.

You must be self-motivated with a hands-on approach to HR. A minimum of 3 years of HR experience is required.
