Chief Human Resources Officer | ESG & Local Content Strategist | Vision 2030 Transformation Leader

• Lead and manage the Solar Department, including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality teams.
• Develop and execute the solar business strategy aligned with GREENER’s growth objectives.
• Oversee system design, engineering reviews, and technical standards for rooftop, ground-mounted, and carport solar PV systems.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards, utility requirements, and safety regulations.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of solar PV EPC projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee project planning, risk management, construction supervision, commissioning, and handover.
• Support the business development team with technical inputs, feasibility studies, and tender responses.
• Review and manage EPC contracts, change orders, claims, and variations.
• Lead supplier and subcontractor selection, evaluation, and performance management.
• Optimize procurement strategies for modules, inverters, mounting systems, and balance of system components.
• Enforce strict HSE standards across all project sites.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control systems.
