Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and technically proficient leader to head our nationwide After-Sales Service operations for home appliances and electronics. This role carries full P&L responsibility, operational and strategic oversight of service centers across Saudi Arabia, and leadership of key service teams including Spare Parts and Field Operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical service knowledge, business acumen, and team leadership, with the capability to drive customer satisfaction, cost-efficiency, and performance excellence across all regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a technical field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in after-sales services.
- Strong experience managing technical teams, operations, and P&L.
- In-depth understanding of service operations for home appliances and electronics.
- Proven ability to manage multi-regional service operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in KSA market is preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and commercial mindset.
