Overview

LikeCard is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Business Development to lead our commercial growth in Saudi Arabia. This is a senior leadership role for a strategic professional with a proven track record in e-commerce and fin-tech companies, capable of driving large-scale growth, developing high-value partnerships, and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the overall business development strategy to capture new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to ensure LikeCard remains ahead in both the e-commerce and fin-tech sectors.
  • Oversee and mentor the business development and account management teams, setting KPIs, coaching managers, and building a strong succession pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key players across industries, including merchants, payment providers, and corporate partners.
  • Develop scalable processes and identify areas for operational and commercial improvements.
  • Present detailed sales, revenue, and forecasting reports to senior leadership, with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Represent LikeCard at industry events, forums, and partnerships to strengthen our market presence and brand reputation.
  • Perform additional leadership responsibilities as directed by senior management.
Qualifications
