Job summary

A leading company in the HCM sector is seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant to consult and set up Oracle HCM Modules, prepare user guides, and support HR key users. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferred certification in Oracle HCM Cloud, and extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS and HCM Fusion Cloud. Saudi Nationals are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Computer-related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience.
• Preferred certification in Oracle HCM Cloud ideally Fusion.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS R 12.2.x and Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud.
• Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Application OTBI, OBIA and OBIEE.
• Implementation experience of Oracle HCM is a must.
• Functional/domain understanding of HCM.
• Saudi National preferred.
• SCE (Saudi Council Engineer) required for Saudis.
• Knowledge of API technologies.

• Consult & setup Oracle HCM Modules.
• Prepare the user guides.
• Provide support for HR key users.
• Collect requirements and implement enhancements for the HR department.
• Act as a functional consultant to identify areas of development.
• Provide support for technical areas.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with developers.

• Prepare the User Guides
• Provide the Support for HR Key Users.
• Collect the requirements and Implement any Enhancements Requests by the HR Department
• Acts as a Functional consultant to all Company Group helps identify major areas of development, leads research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.
• Provide the Support for Technical Areas
• Prepare the MD.050 for reports and coordinate with the developer for reports delivery

Job Requirements
