We’re looking for a confident and guest-focused Front Office Shift Leader to supervise front office operations during assigned shifts. As part of the IHG family, you’ll lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional service, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, and resolve guest issues promptly. Your role is key to creating a welcoming first impression and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support front office staff during shifts to maintain high service standards.
  • Oversee daily check-in, check-out, and guest registration processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor front office operations and ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and policies.
  • Assist with training and coaching front office team members.
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate important information to management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues and ensure seamless service.
  • Manage cash handling and billing procedures accurately.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
