A leading tech-powered multi-brand restaurant in the Riyadh Region is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee outlet operations, supervise staff, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and strong market knowledge. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as flexibility in high-pressure situations.

Floor managers supervise the different activities inside the outlet and supervise different areas (guest and kitchen areas) and work on customer satisfaction through the quality of products and services provided to the guests. Increase table turnover to maximize outlet profitability. Ensure that all sales strategies and company policies are applied on the floor. Improve sales, and meet customer demand.
