This role suits experienced waiters who excel in classic European service styles and thrive in structured, high‑expectation environments.

• Present menus and manage table service with discretion and cultural sensitivity.

Contract Details

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in comparable fine dining restaurants.
• Mandatory silver service experience.
• Strong understanding of traditional, service‑oriented hospitality standards.
• Fluent English required; additional languages an advantage.
• Open to all nationalities and genders.
• Minimum height requirement: 1.7 m.
• Exceptionally well groomed with a polished professional appearance.
• No visible tattoos, piercings, or facial hair (beards) permitted.
