Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of finance and accounting experience within startups or venture-backed companies.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulatory, tax, and corporate laws.
• Experience working with or managing external auditors and financial consultants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial models and compelling pitch materials.
• Support the end-to-end fundraising process (Seed, Series A/B rounds).
• Manage investor communication and due diligence.
