EXECUTIVE SUPPORT OFFICER

Overview

This role supports the Deputy CEO and senior management within a holding company client of Domo Ventures. The Executive Support Officer will coordinate day-to-day operations, support strategic initiatives, and assist in preparing materials for leadership reviews.

Responsibilities
  • Follow and coordinate with the Deputy CEO to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management, providing vital support to enhance their efficiency.
  • Proactively assist the Deputy CEO in executing strategic initiatives.
  • Craft and deliver engaging presentations to convey complex information effectively.
  • Develop models to aid decision-making processes and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Conduct in-depth research to provide valuable insights and support informed decision-making.
