Job description

We are seeking an Elite Guest Relations Executive to join our distinguished team. This is not a typical customer service role — we’re looking for a professional concierge and lifestyle manager who will serve as the trusted advisor and single point of contact for our most valued VIP clients.

The ideal candidate will orchestrate every aspect of clients’ complex travel and lifestyle needs, providing seamless, personalized service that exceeds expectations at every touchpoint. You will manage a dedicated portfolio of no more than 15 elite clients.

Responsibilities
1. Masterful Travel & Logistics Orchestration
  • Design, propose, and execute intricate, multi-city, and multimodal travel itineraries (flights, private jets, cruises, yachts, ground transfers).
  • Secure and confirm premium accommodations — hotel suites, private villas, members‑only clubs — with VIP treatment and amenities.
  • Coordinate complex logistics such as special luggage, cargo, and high‑value items.
  • Manage visa and documentation processes, ensuring a smooth, discreet experience and compliance with international regulations.
2. Proactive Lifestyle & Experience Curation
  • Anticipate client needs through deep understanding of their preferences (dietary, cultural, business, family).
  • Procure tickets and backstage access to exclusive events, from galas to sporting occasions.
  • Arrange bespoke experiences, off‑menu activities, and curated itineraries tailored to client interests.
  • Cultivate relationships with premium service providers (hotels, private charters, event planners) to ensure top‑tier access and privileges.
3. Elite Relationship & Communication Management
  • Serve as the 24 / 7 trusted advisor and single point of contact for VIP clients.
  • Maintain proactive, elegant, and concise communication at all times.
  • Handle crises and disruptions calmly and effectively, with pre‑prepared contingency plans.
4. Administrative Precision & Discretion
  • Develop and maintain minute‑by‑minute, flawless itineraries shared with relevant parties.
  • Manage budgets, process payments, and reconcile expenses with complete transparency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Saber, Amadeus, LCC, hotel supplier platforms, package creation, and visa processing.
  • 5+ years’ experience in ultra‑luxury hospitality, hotelier, executive concierge services, or UHNW lifestyle management.
  • Languages : Native or bilingual Arabic and fluent English (non‑negotiable). A third language is a strong advantage.
  • Technical proficiency: Expert in MS Office, G Suite, and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new travel and booking platforms quickly.
