Job Title: E-Commerce & B2B Sales and Sourcing Specialist

Reports To: Department Head

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce & B2B Sales and Sourcing Specialist to manage and grow our online B2B sales channels, source quality products or suppliers, and drive purchasing efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with a hybrid skill set in e-commerce operations, sourcing, B2B relationship management, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • E-Commerce & B2B Sales: Manage and optimize B2B e-commerce platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Amazon Business, Shopify, etc.)
  • E-Commerce & B2B Sales: Develop and implement strategies to increase online B2B sales and customer retention.
  • E-Commerce & B2B Sales: Handle inquiries, quotations, and negotiations with business clients.
  • E-Commerce & B2B Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to create product listings, promotions, and campaigns.
  • E-Commerce & B2B Sales: Monitor analytics to track traffic, conversions, and performance KPIs.
  • E-Commerce & B2B Sales: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and B2B customers.
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Identify and evaluate suppliers locally and internationally based on cost, quality, and delivery time.
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors.
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Manage the full purchasing cycle from RFQ to PO issuance and delivery tracking.
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Conduct supplier audits and quality control checks as needed.
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams.
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Maintain up-to-date records of procurement activities and vendor databases.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, B2B sales, or sourcing/purchasing.
  • Experience with platforms like Alibaba, Amazon Business, Shopify, or ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and e-commerce tools.
  • Knowledge of international trade and import/export procedures is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, and other trade-relevant languages).
  • Experience in specific industries (e.g., electronics, industrial goods, textiles).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO for B2B platforms.
