Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Strategy professional to lead the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives that align with business goals. This role involves identifying opportunities for digital innovation, optimizing digital experiences, and driving business growth through the use of technology, data, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital strategies that align with the organization's objectives and market trends.
  • Identify and assess new digital tools, platforms, and technologies to improve customer engagement, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Lead digital transformation projects across marketing, operations, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Product, Finance) to ensure successful strategy execution.
  • Analyze market, competitor, and performance data to inform decision-making and identify digital opportunities.
  • Manage digital roadmaps, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Provide leadership in adopting emerging technologies such as AI, cloud services, data analytics, and automation.
  • Support change management and stakeholder engagement throughout digital initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, or innovation roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms (web, mobile, e-commerce, CRM, cloud, etc.).
  • Proven track record in driving successful digital initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
