A leading company in digital sales is seeking a motivated individual to manage online accounts and drive sales through digital channels in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will develop effective sales strategies, manage partnerships, and support a digital sales team to achieve performance KPIs. This role is pivotal to enhance the company’s online presence and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Achieve at least 10% of the company’s total sales through digital channels.
- Open and manage online accounts, ensuring all products are registered and updated.
- Ensure proper product display, availability, and correct pricing on all online platforms.
- Follow up with credit collection and ensure timely settlements.
- Ensure all contracts with online clients are in place and up to date.
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Supervise and support the digital sales team, ensuring achievement of KPIs.
- Manage partnerships with e-commerce platforms, delivery apps, and online retailers.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with marketing to execute online campaigns, promotions, and digital activations.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management.
- Handle customer inquiries, escalations, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting new digital sales tools, trends, and technologies.
