• Ensures timely delivery of goods, coordinates interdepartmental collaboration, and enhances fulfilment efficiency.
• Manages and guides team members, develops work plans and procedures, and improves team performance.
• Oversee warehouse management, encompassing goods receipt and dispatch, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Analyse and resolve operational issues arising during logistics processes to guarantee seamless supply chain operations.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management or Retail Operations Management.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics operations and retail store management; candidates with team management experience preferred.
