We are seeking a concept designer who is detail-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong design concepts, creating high-quality key visuals, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms—including idea creation, layouts, social media templates, and overall brand guardianship.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, variety of layouts/templates, and design solutions for various projects.
• Create visual assets such as graphics, illustrations, marketing materials, social media content, and presentation designs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity across all communications.
• Having experience with AI tools for video and image creation is a major advantage!

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a comparable discipline.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; additional tools are a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, layout design, and creativity.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proactive learner with interest in AI tools and design innovation (advantageous).

Preferred Experience

• Experience with branding, marketing campaigns, graphic design.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (optional).
