The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2-4 years of experience in cost analysis. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems are essential. This role involves monitoring cost variances and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in cost analysis or industrial accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of cost systems (standard, actual, variable, etc.).
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data related to direct and indirect costs.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports.
  • Monitor and explain variances between actual and planned costs.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of cost systems.
  • Analyze product and project costs, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, break-even, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Support budget preparation with accurate cost insights.
  • Coordinate with different departments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support inventory verification and ensure accuracy of cost records.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and international standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
