We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership abilities, and the capacity to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget constraints. You will also be responsible for coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors to ensure project milestones are met. Your expertise will be essential in managing project scope, ensuring quality standards are upheld, and maintaining safety protocols throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contract conditions, project specifications, and local regulations.
  • Manage project risks, claims, variations, and change orders.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Ensure quality standards and HSE requirements are strictly adhered to on site.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate project teams, including engineers and site staff.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 20 years of relevant construction experience, with a proven track record in managing large and complex projects.
