Job summary

A consulting firm in the region is seeking an HR Officer based in Saudi Arabia to manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. This role requires a B.A. in HR or a related field and 2-4 years of experience, preferably in the GCC region. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of KSA labor laws and proficiency in relevant HRIS platforms. Strong communication skills in English, along with Arabic, are advantageous. This position is based onsite in Dammam, KSA.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years HR experience, preferably in GCC/KSA.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel/relocate within KSA, valid Saudi driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes including job postings and interviews.
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits, and attendance tracking.
• Handle employee relations like grievances and conflict resolution.
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate L&D programs.
