Overview

We’re hiring a Community & Social Media Manager at Sphera. Sphera is building the next generation of game server and cloud hosting infrastructure in the MENA region. Our mission is to deliver low-latency, high-performance hosting solutions for game studios, developers, and digital platforms, supported by regional presence and local expertise. We’re looking for someone who can grow and engage our community, manage our social media channels, and become the voice of Sphera online.

What you’ll do
  • Build and manage our online communities on Discord, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content, maintaining a consistent posting calendar.
  • Engage directly with gamers, developers, and partners, responding to messages and gathering feedback.
  • Organize events, workshops, and online activities that strengthen our community.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share product updates and announcements.
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to increase engagement and reach.
What we’re looking for
  • 2+ years of experience managing online communities or social media accounts, ideally in gaming, hosting, or tech.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • A passion for gaming, cloud hosting, and developer ecosystems.
  • Ability to plan and execute campaigns independently.
