About the Role: As a Housekeeping Attendant Clubhouse at Four Seasons Red Sea, you will play a key role in delivering a pristine and welcoming environment for our guests and members. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest areas within the clubhouse, ensuring every detail aligns with Four Seasons' commitment to luxury and excellence.

Your attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism will contribute to an exceptional guest experience. Whether cleaning, restocking amenities, or reporting maintenance concerns, you will take pride in creating a space that reflects the elevated standards of Four Seasons hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain clubhouse areas including lounges, restrooms, locker rooms, and other guest-facing spaces to Four Seasons standards.
  • Replenish amenities and supplies as needed.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure follow-up.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the overall cleanliness and guest satisfaction of the property.
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing.
  • Basic English communication skills are preferred.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to service excellence.
